Memorial Hall

The Barn Dance on 19th June organised and run by Mrs Sue Arundel raised £839.87 towards Hall refurbishment funds. This money along with £230 raised at 2 bingo evenings organised by Mrs Sharon Podevin and additional monies raised by the Bovingdon Players 2 murder mystery evenings will all be put towards the new stage curtains due to be installed in Aug/Sep.

The Hall Committee would like to thank all those people involved in orgaising and participating in these events. With out them improving the Hall facilities would not be possble.

Memorial Hall fund raising committee will be screening NINE(15) on Friday 9th July at 19:30, doors open at 19:10.

Tickets are available from Bovingdon News, Seaways fish n'chip shop and Fyfes. Posters have been put up.

Bookings will be charged according to the number of hours booked.Bookings can start at any of the following: on the hour and every quarter hour thereafter. The Main Hall incorporates the Main Hall and Kitchen area

THE FOLLOWING RATES APPLY
WEEKDAYS :
Clubroom only (maximum 30 persons) £ 4.50 per hour
Main Hall (maximum 130 persons) £ 8.50 per hour
Main Hall and Clubroom (maximum 160 persons) £ 11 per hour

SATURDAY & SUNDAY
From 08:00 to 12:00
Clubroom only (maximum 30 persons) £ 4.50 per hour
Main Hall (maximum 130 persons) £ 8.50 per hour
Main Hall and Clubroom (maximum 160 persons) £ 11.00 per hour

From 12:00 to 18:00 the book-able accommodation can be hired.
Clubroom (maximum 30 persons) £ 6.50 per hour
Main Hall (maximum 130 persons) £ 12.50 per hour
Main Hall and Clubroom (maximum 160 persons) £ 16.50 per hour

From 18:00 to 24:00 the book-able accommodation can be hired.
Clubroom (maximum 30 persons) £ 10.00 per hour
Main Hall (maximum 130 persons) £ 115.00
Main Hall and Clubroom (maximum 160 persons) £ 135.00

DEPOSITS
All payments, including a deposit of £250 where alcohol is available (£50 on all other occasions), MUST be made during office hours 10 days in advance of the booking.
